The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain

Hello

Thank you for stopping by

I’m one of the trail-blazing, genre-bending supergroup The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, and for the past 17 years, I have been on one long, continuous world tour.

When I'm not on the road, I offer online lessons for individuals or groups, via zoom. I’m happy to teach you wherever you are, from the UK to the USA and anywhere on the planet – time zones permitting.

As a professional musician, and supportive coach, I want to share with you, the tricks of my trade. I want to help you become the ukulele player you want to be, whether that’s strumming away the boredom blues, breaking into song at a family gathering, or embracing your inner ukulele rockstar credentials. I have over 30 years of experience as a performer in Music, Theatre and Comedy and many years teaching experience in the Arts, here in the UK. Want me to be your ukulele teacher? There’s never been a better time to pick up this mighty little instrument. Let’s go!

The Ukes

I have been a member of the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain for almost two decades, playing and singing in world class concert houses and theatres all over America, China, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Europe and the UK.

Playing uke has led to my meeting dignitaries like Morph, Paddington Bear and Meatloaf, as well as appearing with Ant & Dec, Robbie Williams, Channel 4’s Jon Snow and for, The Queen.

It’s been humbling to be part of a band that could count two of my personal heroes – the late David Bowie and wonderful, Victoria Wood, amongst its many admirers.
